UTS is incorporated in Houston, Texas, with a clear founding mission: to provide small and mid-size Houston businesses with professional IT consulting and managed services previously only accessible to large enterprises. 2010-2012

Managed Services Launch & In-House Helpdesk

UTS launches its first formal managed IT services program - moving beyond project-based consulting to proactive, ongoing managed support.
